This luxury waterfront cottage offers complete elegance with spectacular views over beautiful Georgian Bay. With 4,300 square feet, and over 125 feet of shoreline, this well appointed cottage provides ample amenities and space to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing get-away.

The cottage is located in Colpoy's Bay outside the village of Wiarton and about 3 hours from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Explore the Bruce Peninsula National Park and the Niagara Escarpment.
The 3-level luxury cottage is fully equipped and attractively furnished. The massive windows provide views from every room.

Outside, the elevated rear deck is perfect for outdoor dining, catching some sun, taking advantage of the beautiful lake view, socializing, relaxing with your book and/or favourite vacation beverage. It’s also a great spot for the early birds in your group to catch the morning sunrise. Here you will find the propane BBQ for grilling summer feasts, a patio table with umbrella and chairs

The shoreline of the cottage is a sandy gravel mix with gradual entry into the water. This is a great place for younger children to sit and play with a pail and shovel or splash around in the shallow water of Colpoy's Bay. This is also a great place to launch the kayak and canoe that come with the rental. A great opportunity to explore the nooks and crannies of the surrounding Georgian Bay shoreline.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located at the cottage. They are available July & August. Dock is suitable for small watercraft.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are not permitted.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
