Completely renovated in 2018 - Bright and beautiful 3 bedroom south facing, waterfront cottage located on Dorcas Bay with 100 feet of private shoreline on Lake Huron.

Inside this renovated cottage is an open concept kitchen (with brand new fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and living /dining area with harvest table to seat 6 and 2 large sofas and wood burning fireplace for lounging day and night. A 10ft sliding glass door offers easy access to the large wrap around deck and uninterrupted views of Lake Huron.

At the shoreline there are flat rocks that permit for an easy, gradual entry into the clean, weed free water that’s great for swimming, frog and crayfish hunting or just exploring. Use one of the 4 (2 large, 2 small) sit on kayaks provided to get out on the water for a relaxing paddle along the pristine shoreline.

The large outdoor fire pit with hand crafted log benches will give you the opportunity to enjoy the starry night sky while roasting marsh mellows over the wood burning campfire. The perfect spot for creating memories.

Be one of the first to relax in our newly added (2021) off grid wood fired hot tub for 6 people. Light the fire, disconnect from your devices and reconnect with nature. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
