Four bedroom, 2600 square foot, waterfront cottage is located on Spry Shores, directly west of Lions Head on Lake Huron.

Relax in one of the Muskoka chairs as you watch the kids splash and play in the water or take advantage of the two kayaks available.

Take the time to have a campfire. A marshmallow roast, always proves to be a family favourite. You will be amazed at the amount of stars you will see, without any city light obstructing the views.

• Grassy yard to shoreline, small gravel area to get into water with gradual entry. Great swimming. Swim shoes are recommended.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located in Lions Head at the Marina, Municipal boat launch less than 1 km away.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable; Cats are not permitted.There is a $75.00/pet fee
• Renters are responsible to do a FULL CLEAN of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and REMOVE ALL garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please see full cleaning list HERE.
