This well maintained, cozy waterfront cottage is located on Georgian Bay at Victoria Harbour just a short drive from downtown Midland, Penetanguishene and Waubashene.

The cottage features 40 feet of private sandy shoreline, a large grassed yard with firepit, waterfront deck with patio furniture, and beautiful morning sunrises. The perfect spot for lazy days in the sun while taking occasional dips in the bay or heading out to enjoy the many local events and attractions.

The living room features a vaulted pine ceiling with fan and a floor unit air conditioner for the warmer days.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Please note the floating dock/raft at the cottage has been damaged in a storm and is not available. There is a 30' dock at the cottage. The pictures show a 50' dock however due to high water levels the owners have not been able to put out the last 20' of the dock. Public launch in Victoria Harbour.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets Negotiable, Cats are not permitted. There is a $50 fee/pet.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
