Charming 750 square foot, 2 bedroom cottage located on the shores of Georgian Bay at Dyer's Bay. Take in some of the most breathtaking sunrises you will ever see right from the living area of this cottage.
The shoreline is a mix of some flat rock and rubble, with the water getting deep quickly. Dyers Bay provides great swimming opportunities for the whole family. Drink your morning coffee on the 350 square foot lakeside deck that provides an unobstructed view of the Bay.
The cottage is open concept and compact, you enter into the galley kitchen that has all of the amenities of home, including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is a small dining table for four people that overlooks Georgian Bay.
The living room space offers a 42 " HD TV with DVD player surrounded by a couch with chaise lounge on one end and a comfortable chair. This is the perfect spot to lounge with a book or just to relax after a day of outdoor activities.
The cottage has two bedrooms plus a pull out couch. Each bedroom
has a double bed and a nice size window.
The bathroom is a three-piece with shower.
The propane BBQ can make dinner preparation easy while the patio table and chairs gives you further reason to stay outdoors and breathe in the fresh air. Take in the amazing starry night sky as you gather around a campfire together using the outdoor fire pit - don't forget to bring your marshmallows!
Activities are endless at “Sunrise Escape” whether it be snorkeling or swimming off the government dock, hiking the Bruce Trail, catching crayfish or renting kayaks to explore the Dyers Bay Shoreline.
For hikers, naturalists and scuba divers, the area is a dream!
Bruce Peninsula National Park is a quick drive away for those hiking
enthusiasts, or perhaps you'd like to pack a lunch and hang out
at the Grotto for the afternoon. Fathom Five National Marine Park
can be explored by boat tours that operate out of Tobermory. The
villages of either Tobermory or Lion's Head provides you with all
the necessary amenities including a grocery store, LCBO, restaurants,
unique shops and a beautiful harbour to explore.
