Cottage Profile

Conveniently located in the heart of Ontario’s finest four-season destination area, just minutes from superb winter skiing, beautiful summer beaches and a wide range of year round events and attractions, this 700 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides you with a perfect spot for your family vacation.

This clean tastefully decorated condo is an upper level end unit with a reserved parking space at the foot of the stairway leading to the front door of the unit. On entering you will be welcomed by an open living, dining and kitchen area. The living room area features a brick fireplace, cable TV, a comfortable sofa and chair for relaxing, a large bright picture window with plenty of natural lighting and doorway to the outside upper deck.

The kitchen area includes fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, Tassimo, blender and dishes, pots and cutlery. At meal time the countertop dining area seats 4 persons.

In the large master bedroom there is a king bed, cable TV, patio doors leading to the outside upper deck and a walk-thru closet area leading to a 4-piece (toilet, sink, tub/shower) ensuite bathroom. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. The main bathroom is a 3-piece (toilet, sink, shower) bathroom. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay.

On the outside upper deck there is a propane BBQ and 4 chairs. The deck is the perfect spot take in the fresh air while relaxing with your morning coffee, enjoying your favourite book or grilling your vacation feasts.

The condo is a great place to relax but if want to get out and explore the area, this is also a good location to enjoy day trips. The region provides great year round recreation, shopping, dining, entertainment and arts & culture events including festivals and attractions to please the whole family.

Historic Downtown Collingwood, the Blue Mountain Resort and Wasaga Beach – the world’s longest fresh water beach are just minutes away. You will also find an extensive trail network for walking or jogging.

Try kayaking on Georgian Bay, exploring the nearby Scenic Caves, visit the Eco Adventure Tour and try the zip line cable or cross the suspension bridge or simply indulge at one of the local spas. Visit one of the area famers markets - they are a great place to buy local. Explore art galleries, artisan studios, antique shops or maybe stop in at local winery or brewery. Golf at any of the many area golf courses. Spend your day at beautiful beaches in the summer, take in the brilliant fall colours and in the winter there is superb alpine and X-country skiing nearby. The choices are endless.
