Cottage Profile

Private 1032 square foot, 3 bedroom cottage located in a peaceful setting, up the road from Sturgeon Lake, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway in Ontario's Kawartha Lakes cottage region. The cottage is on a double lot and is bordered by farmland so you can truly escape; you can enjoy fishing boating and swimming this property give you access to!

Down the road, about 1300 ft from the cottage takes you to your own private dock, a public dock with sandy beach for the little ones, and a marina.
Panoramic view from private dock provides great sunsets, swimming, fishing.
The shoreline is a mix of sand and gravel.

The kitchen offers all the amenities of home for your comfort and convenience.
There is a fridge, bar fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. A table and six chairs is a great spot to eat breakfast before heading outside for the day.

The large living room offers a cozy seating area with sectional couch and comfortable recliner. Cathedral ceilings, granite fieldstone walls and wood fireplace enhance this experience. There is a 46" TV, on antenna that receives at least 3 local stations, CD, VCR, and cassette player for your entertainment. A pool table is also here to keep the party entertained. Patio doors lead to large furnished private deck with barbeque and great field view.

The cottage has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer queen sized beds, while the third has a double.

There is a four piece bathroom which includes a bathtub/shower.

The large grassy yard allows a safe place for play. Enjoy the outdoor fire bowl under the starry night skies.

There is easy access to local towns along the Trent-Severn Waterway by car or boat, including Bobcaygeon, Lindsay, and Fenelon Falls. There are golf courses within a 10 to 20 km drive. ATVing and snowmobiling for year round use - so get out and enjoy!

SHORE LINE:
A short path leads down to the road where you cross it to access the owners lakeside dock. This is about a 5 minute walk.
