This 1800 square foot cottage, with 3 bedrooms, has central air conditioning to keep you comfortable on those extra warm evenings, unlimited WIFI with 2 large 55" HD Smart TVs for those rainy days and a beautiful large firepit where you can enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows and making plans for your next day's activities.

The living area on the upper level provides a beautiful view. Furnished with a comfortable sectional couch and 2 chairs, this is a perfect place to curl up with a good book, stream your favourite movie or just enjoy gazing at the lake while enjoying a glass of wine. The gas fireplace provides a warm atmosphere on those cooler evenings.

Also on the upper level is a lovely bright kitchen with sparkling tiles, plenty of counter space and matching stainless appliances, including range hood microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen has access to the covered upper deck with barbecue making food preparation and al fresco eating effortless. The deck also has a large patio table with seating for 8. Those that choose to enjoy their meal at the large Farmhouse style dining table inside can still enjoy a lovely view of the outdoors.

There are three bedrooms on this level, two rooms furnished with a queen size bed (one of which overlooks the lake) and the third room with a single over double bunkbed. There is also a bathroom on this level; a 4 piece with tub and shower.

Down the stairs on the lower level you will find a second living room/rec room also furnished with a comfortable sectional, comfortable chair with foot stool and an additional 55 inch HD Smart TV. There is also a second gas fireplace on this level. This level is perfect for the children in your party. A beautiful, calm and neutral toned washroom is also on this level with the added luxury of a rainfall jet shower. There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the lower patio, fire pit and walkway to the lake.

The waterside dock is a wonderful place to swim or head off from on your canoe trip. This is a great lake for paddling and exploring. The cottage is located on a quiet lake with fewer cottages than the busier nearby Lake Rosseau. Fishing is fairly good so you may enjoy a feed of fresh Bass, Pike, Lake Trout and Crappy. There are Provincial Parks in the area where you can enjoy a picnic and go for a hike. You can even visit the large center of Parry Sound and take a tour of the Bobby Orr Museum if hockey is your game.
