Sundown Sanctuary is located on the sandy shores
of Lake Huron just outside the charming village of Goderich.
Spend your days with the children lounging on this incredible sandy beach just down a flight of steps from the cottage. Build sand castles and do a little sun tanning all while the waves of Lake Huron lap against the shore.
Sunsets are breathtaking here, and stary night skies can be enjoyed around the campfire roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories.
The cottage is open concept and has 900 square feet of living space inside. The exterior living space is 1000 square feet. The kitchen and living areas are open concept both with a panoramic view of the lake.
The kitchen features a microwave, stove and oven.
A kitchen island with 5 stools provides ample space for meal prep
and dining your family.
The living area, just off the kitchen, boasts an
"unreal" view of Lake Huron. An electric fireplace, TV
with Netflix, DVD player, DVDs and comfortable couches are set up
here for you to relax after a long day in the sunshine.
Three bedrooms and a bathroom are all located off of the main living area .
The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a patio door leading you out to the lakeside deck. Bedrooms two and three each have a set of bunkbeds with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
The bathroom is a 3 piece with shower.
The outdoor living space is exceptional. A large
deck with glass railing makes for an unobstructed view of the water.
Enjoy a cocktail at the deck bar with bar stools.
The covered deck offers a great spot to relax no
matter what the weather. A dining table with chairs are a nice place
to enjoy your outdoor meals or lounge on the sectional couch surrounding
the outdoor fire bowl.
