This private, 2 bedroom plus bunkie, 1040 square foot cottage is nestled in the trees and is a perfect home base to discover all that the Bruce Peninsula has to offer and just minutes to Lake Huron.
The inside is open concept with large windows that makes the space nice and bright and also offers a beautiful view of the surrounding wooded area.
The living room is a great place for the family to unwind after a long day of exploring. Curl up on the couch and two chairs and watch a movie on the 40" TV or maybe your favourite show as the cottage does offer satellite.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave oven. The dining area has seating for 6 and the deck offers a patio table and seating for 4.
The cottage has two bedrooms in the main cottage, with a queen, two twin beds. There is also a 4 piece bath and 2 piece ensuite.
A nice feature of this cottage is the garage that offers a sleeping area with a set of single bunk beds.
Everyone can enjoy the outside as there are two outside decks attached to the cottage, one that gets morning sun and the other evening sun.
The cottage is set back from the road, offering privacy from the main road.
A nice small sand beach is located down the road from the cottage only a 4 minute walk away.
Centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula only 20 minutes drive from the fishing villages of Lion's Head and Tobermory, the Bruce Trail, Bruce Peninsula National Park and the spectacular cliffs of Georgian Bay.
This is also a great area to bicycle and walk along one of the last major stretches of undeveloped shoreline of Lake Huron.

300 meters or a 4 minute walk there is a public sandy beach with gradual entry into the water and a sandy bottom. Not Waterfront.
