Welcome to this quaint little cottage. Located on a back lot close
to Lake Eugenia; it is just a short walk to the public lake and
beach access point.
The Beaver Valley is part of the Niagara Escarpment. It is particularly
picturesque and is designated by UNESCO as a World Biosphere.
The cottage is located on a quiet cottage road, nestled in the trees.
A marvelous choice for a family-oriented vacation with swimming,
boating, and fishing, hiking, golfing, cycling, antiquing, visiting
restaurants and artisan studios/galleries all close by or you may
chose to just simply relax at the cottage. The choices are endless.
The open concept cottage is bright with natural light thanks to
the many windows throughout. The living room is spacious with a
comfortable couch, a 40" Smart TV and Play staion to watch
The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter and cupboard space,
a large fridge, stove, microwave oven and breakfast bar (seats 2).
Off the kitchen area is a table with seating for four.
On this level there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and
the other 2 with single over queen size bunkbeds. There is also
a four-piece bathroom with tub/shower and a two-piece bathroom.
On the lower level is an unfinished basement with a trundle pull
out bed. There's a foosball table for rainy day entertainment.
For your convenience there is also a washer and dryer available to take care of your laundry needs during your stay at the cottage.
The door in the kitchen takes you to a covered elevated deck with a propane BBQ, patio table and six chairs perfect for relaxing with your book and/or favourite summer beverage.
A short drive away are the quaint villages of Eugenia, Kimberly,
Flesherton and Markdale where you can explore a beautiful 30 metre
waterfall and trails, visit restaurants, galleries and area artisans,
pick up fresh groceries, beer/wine, ice cream and old fashioned
A little farther afield are all the towns of Thornbury, Collingwood
and the Village of Blue - with a wide variety of shopping, dining,
entertainment, arts & cultural events and attractions.
