Newly renovated, clean, 4 bedroom, 2200 sq ft cottage with large yard, fire pit, play structure and multiple decks.

The cottage is located in a quiet residenital/cottage community. It is about 3.5kms, or a five minute drive to one of the nicest public beaches in Bruce County. This beach is ideal for younger children. It has a gradual entry with a sandy bottom and good swimming. Also along this beach you will find a boardwalk that stretches for about a mile.

• This cottage is not waterfront, however it is a quick 7 minute walk to a small sandy beach. Beach is great for young children and families There is also the public beach in the village of Southampton

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located at Southampton

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Smoking is permitted outside the cottage please discard of butts.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
