This cozy Beach House is a beautiful two bedroom, plus Bunkie,
cottage situated on a large private lot with mature trees.Enjoy
the aqua blue waters and sail boats while relaxing on the great
deck. This cottage is located south of the town of Kincardine on
Boiler Beach is one of the nicest sandy beaches along Lake Huron. Children of all ages love to build sand castles for hours upon hours here. Gradual entry into the water makes this beach safe for families. Please note that access to the beach is across the road and down a small embankment. The stairs to the right of the property when facing the lake also provide public access to the beach.
This cottage has a home away from home feel with all the modern comforts of home. There is a large lakeside yard that world famous sunsets can be viewed from. All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Inside the cottage is the living area, with couch, love seat and
three arm chairs for you to relax in after a long day at the beach.
This area is airconditioned and also has a variable speed ceiling
fan with lighting on dimmer switches for ambiance. There is also
a 55" Smart TV with DVD player for everyone in the family to
wind down together in the evening.
The kitchen area that is fully equipped with Stainless Steel fridge
with ice maker on demand stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty
of cupboard and granite counter space. The kitchen is open concept
to the dining/sitting area, here you will find a harvest dining
table that seats eight people comfortably and squeeze in 2-3 more
breakfast island with 4 stools.
The Bunkie sleeps 4 and fire pit area are in the private backyard.

The cottage has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size
pillowtopÂ bed and a small window allowing a nice cool breeeze to
flow through while sleeping. Bedroom two also has a Queen pillowtop
bed, along with a bunk bed. Both dedrooms have variable speed ceiling
fans with lights on dimmer switches.
As previously mentioned this beach is fantastic for families. It
consists of fine sand and provides a shallow entry point into the
water which contains no stones or boulders. A long walk on the shoreline
to Kincardine boardwalk is a pleasant experience.
The cottage, which is located on a quiet paved road, is close to
many attractions. Kincardine with its many shops and restaurants
is only a 2-3 -minute drive away. There are three golf courses within
a 20-minute drive. And McGregor Point Provincial Park, with its
boardwalk, nature trails and interpretive programs is only a 30
