of cupboard and counter space.
The cottage has a large screened in porch / sunroom
with plenty of sitting area and lots of windows.
Here there is also a large outside deck with a 10
person hot tub to soak in after long hikes or bike rides in the
area. This deck also overlooks the river and has a great view

with two sinks on the second floor, one four piece on the main
floor and one three piece with a shower in the loft. There is

The cottage is perched on the banks of the Rocky
Saugeen River. On the inland side of the river is a large paved
parking area with some trails that follow the top of the river.
There is a beautiful stone walkway down to the
stone patio at the riverside.The river has been left in a natural
state to promote wildlife habitat.
If you enjoy cycling or jogging, the area will not
disappoint. The back country gravel roads are hilly, cross many
streams and pass tree canopied stretches of roads. Good trail
riding is available at the Markdale Ski Trails and Calopore Uplands
