Villa Luce's open concept connects the kitchen with the living/dining room. Floor-to-ceiling windows & French doors (wall-to-wall) in the living/dining room reveal an expansive vista of the bay. The living room has a 52" TV with satellite dish, a wood burning fieldstone fireplace and offers different areas to congregate, read or take naps. Netflix along with an array of classic & current movies (adult & children) available for your viewing pleasure at nights or on rainy days.

The three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a double bed, include spacious closets and chests of drawers with more than ample storage space.
The newly renovated full bathroom has a large walk in shower with a bench to relax you after a long hike, canoe trip-or anytime.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer/dryer, combined with a half bath for your convenience. For your peace of mind, there is a UV light for water filtration and purification to ensure potability of water.
You can sit on our comfy, cushioned patio chairs on the covered porch facing the bay & listen to the birds, breezes & rain; or you can laze on our cedar deck down by the water & enjoy the ducks, loons, cormorants & kayakers passing by.
Grill your favorite foods on a propane grill on the stone patio and enjoy your meal seated at a long table in the adjacent screened-in porch with comfortable lighting. After dinner, stroll down to the beach and enjoy a campfire in the fire pit, count the stars and listen to the serene sounds of the night.
For those rainy days, enjoy a large variety of board games, checkers and puzzles we have for your entertainment.
The grass-lined path from the cottage slopes down to the shoreline to meet the beach which contains beautiful rounded stones and rocks of all sizes, shapes and colors, including many fossils. The varied colored, transparent water is exceptionally clean.
Do you like gazing at the stars? Amateur and professional astronomers will marvel at the stars and galaxies visible in this designated Dark Sky Preserve by the Royal Astronomic Society of Canada. The star show is truly spectacular.
For all our star gazing guests: Our favourite pastime is sitting on our cedar deck overlooking the shoreline and viewing the stars and planets. The deck has an in-built covered cement pier to mount a telescope of any size for your celestial viewing pleasure.
There are many attractions in the area. Bring your bikes and take a ride along the winding shore road out to the Cabot Head light house museum. For those who like to hike, the Bruce Trail is located .3 km away and provides some of the most spectacular hiking in North America.
Tobermory and Lions Head are only a 20 minute drive from the cottage.
The Niagara Escarpment was designated a world Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1990. The nearby Bruce Trail runs the length of the escarptment offering breath-taking views of the bay.
