Private, three bedroom, 1200 square foot, Viceroy
waterfront cottage located on a secluded point of land at Bradley
Harbour on Lake Huron, just a twenty minute drive from the village
of Lion's Head.
This cottage's main living room features large floor
to ceiling windows that face the lake, cathedral ceilings, a beautiful
large stone fireplace, sectional couch and love seats. This room
has a lovely open air feeling with lots of natural light. The
stone fireplace is a real treat on a cool evening.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with
wooden table and chairs suitable to sit six comfortably for dinner.
The sliding glass doors in this dining area lead out to the lakeside
deck where you can enjoy your meals with a great view of Lake
Huron.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge,
and stove and plenty of counter and cupboard space. The island
in the kitchen allows extra room for preparing your summer feasts.
There are also three bedrooms at the cottage. One
with a king, the second with a single and a set of bunk beds,
and the third with a queen. There is also a four piece bathroom
with both shower and sink.
The cottage is located at the end of a dead end
road, on a point of land, in a private setting with over 500 feet
of water frontage.
The rear of the cottage is surrounded with a grassy
area. The property gradually slopes towards the lake. In front of
the cottage is a stone patio and beyond the lake its self.
Shoreline of the cottage consists of flat limestone
rock and shallow entry. This is a great place to swim. (Swim shoes
are recommended.)
The cottage is centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula
only 20 minutes drive from the fishing villages of Lion's Head
and Tobermory, the Bruce Trail, Bruce Peninsula National Park
and the spectacular cliffs of Georgian Bay.
