Compact, 600 square foot, three bedroom cottage is located on the
shore of Lake Huron at Indian Harbour, conveniently located only
a five minute drive from Tobermory and all the activities it has
The interior of the cottage is decorated with whitewashed pine
walls and natural pine flooring throughout. A picture window provides
a view of the water from the main living area, and allows natural
light to filter through the cottage.
The living room, kitchen and dining area are all located in one
large room. The living room area contains a couch, two chairs, a
wood stove and a television with satellite reception. This is a
comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking the Bruce Trail.
The dining area contains a wooden table and chairs that can sit
six comfortably, and is located by the window so that your group
can enjoy a view of the lake while sharing a family meal.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave
for your convenience.
There are three bedrooms at the cottage. Bedrooms one and two each
have a double bed, and bedroom three has a single over double bunkbed.

From the living area, a door leads outside to a 350 square foot
deck with pergola, which contains a table and chairs for your outdoor
meals. There is also a small wooden deck on the road side of the
cottage with two chairs. Approximately 50 feet in front of the cottage
is a man-made sand area which is a great place for the kids to play.
Beyond the sandy area is a shoreline consisting of flat rock. This
shoreline provides easy, gradual entry into the water. Sometimes the
rocks can be slippery, so swim shoes are recommended.

The village of Tobermory is only a short drive away. There you will
find a grocery store, liquor store, a variety of restaurants, and lots
of interesting little shops where you can do some shopping. Have a picnic
lunch at Big Tub Harbour lighthouse. Take a boat tour to view the shipwrecks
in Fathom Five National Marie Park; take a boat ride to Flower Pot Island
to go hiking;or simply spend time relaxing at the beach.
