Newly renovated, this two bedroom waterfront cottage is located on the breathtaking shores of Georgian Bay at
Dyers Bay.
This cottage is located at the base of the Niagara Escarpment overlooking the shores of Georgian Bay. The cottage
has a southeastern exposure with a great panoramic view of the Bay.
The entire living area of this newly renovated cottage occupies one floor, comprising kitchen, dining and living
room areas.
The living room area boasts pine flooring, an airtight fireplace,
cathedral ceilings and large lake-facing windows. It is furnished
with a couch and wooden rocking chair. Entertainment is provided
by television with satellite, and DVD player.
The dining area has a wooden table and four press back chairs.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, with pine hardwood flooring, fridge, stove, microwave oven, and adequate
counter and cupboard space.
The centrepiece of the cottage is the large elevated deck with
a fantastic view of Georgian Bay. Dyers Bay has some of the most
beautiful sunrises and the most spectacular moonrises on Georgian
Bay. The deck has two lounge chairs, six patio chairs and a patio
table.

The shoreline consists of a pebble beach to the water's edge and flat limestone areas in the water. The water
in this area is clean and cool. Swim shoes are recommended for swimming.
There are many attractions in the area. Tobermory and Bruce Peninsula National Park are only a 20-minute drive from the cottage. For those who like to hike, the Bruce Trail is located
0.3 km away and provides some of the most spectacular hiking in
North America.
