This beautiful cottage, built in the early 1900's, is located just outside Owen Sound. It is situated on a small peninsula of land, which affords a 180 degree view of Georgian Bay.

As you drive up the lane you will see a large wrap-around verandah complete with a propane barbeque and patio set. This is a great spot to have your morning coffee and take in some of the most breathtaking sunrises.

Fishing in the bay is good in the spring and Fall, with some mid summer fishing. Fishermen in this area frequently catch salmon, rainbow and bass.

SHORELINE

• The shoreline has a mixture of rubble and sand. Swim shoes are recommended. May not be suitable for young children and elderly. Sarawalk Family Park is 2km North of the cottage.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• There are no apparent safety issues in the cottage. The water at the marina and surrounding area is deep. Young children should not be left unattended by the water. Cottage has a small marina on the property. Cars drive in and out of the marina entrance..

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Yes. Docking (max 20ft) and Boat launch facilities on the property. Dock is 20 feet long, and is 6 feet deep. All extra watercraft must have Owner and Company pre-approval

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• All boats/water craft must be noted at the time of booking to confirm a slip is available for your use. Boat size no longer then 20ft. Must have insurance.
• Rentals October 1-April 30 are monthly only. Please inquiry about a monthly rate
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
