This two bedroom, plus bunkie waterfront cottage is located on the shores of Shouldice
Lake on the upper Bruce Peninsula.
This one storey cottage has 1000 square feet of living area. The cottage
has comfortable furnishings and is nicely decorated.
The living room furnishings include a couch, and two lounge chairs,
a television with satellite reception, DVD and CD player. The dining
room is located beside the living room and contains a wooden table that
can sit four comfortably.You will also find a woodstove in the dining
Adjacent to the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge,
stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and some small appliances. There
is lots of cupboard and counter space.
Sliding glass doors off of the dining area lead out to a large lakeside
deck where you overlook the lake. A patio table and chairs are provided

The cottage has a four piece bathroom with laundry facilities.
The cottage has a bunkie with a set of bunkbeds built into the wall, the bottom is a double bed and the top is a single.
The property slopes down to the water where you will find a 20 foot
long dock where you can enjoy the cool breezes coming off the lake.Water
depth at the end of the dock is 2 feet. From there the water depth increases

village of Tobermory is a 20-minute drive away. There is fantastic
hiking along the cliff tops of the Bruce Trail, 5 km away.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday at 4:30 PM to the following Saturday at

SHORE LINE: Shallow entry, flat bottom with some rocks. Swim shoes are recommended.
