Beautiful cottage located on one of the nicest beaches in Bruce
County. A short 60 meter trail takes you to the beautiful sand beach.
This wonderful cottage has an old time feel with all the modern
comforts of home. When you enter the cottage you will encounter
a large 10 by 30 foot screened in front porch complete with wicker
furniture, a patio lounger, table and chairs.
Inside the cottage is the living area containing the living room,
kitchen and dining all in one room. The area features cathedral
ceilings, laminate wood flooring and a wall of glass doors leading
out to a private outdoor deck.
The living room features a leather couch and love seat, coffee table, with HD TV and DVD Player.
Next to the living room is the dining area containing a wooden
table and chairs suitable to sit six comfortably.
The cottage kitchen comes fully equipped with with fridge, stove,
microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and counter space.

bed and sliding glass doors leading to the
Other bedrooms contain a queen size bed and two single beds. Rounding
things out is a four piece bath with tub and laundry room with full
size clothes washer and dryer.
As previously mentioned the cottage is located on a really nice sandy
beach front property. The beach is not visible from the cottage however
it is accessible by a short 60 meter path down to the lake.
This beach consists of fine sand and provides a shallow entry point
into the water which contains no stones or boulders. A long walk along
the shoreline to Port Elgin is a pleasant experience.
Some of the most beautiful Lake Huron sunsets are visible from the shoreline.
Please note that there are two cottages located on one large lake front
property. This newly constructed cottage is set back from the lake and
is well screened from the other cottage on the property. The 60 meter
path down to the beach starts at the cottage and does not encroach on
any private space of the other cottage.
The cottage, which is located on a quiet paved road, is close to many
attractions. Port Elgin with its many shops and restaurants is only
a 3 -minute drive away. There are three golf courses within a 15-minute
drive. And McGregor Point Provincial Park, with its boardwalk, nature
trails and interpretive programs is only 5 km away. In winter, cross-country
ski trails run throughout the park.
Other winter activities include ice skating and dog-sledding in the
Bruce Peninsula and skiing at either Blue Mountain or Talisman Resorts.
