Beautiful 1600 sq ft, three bedroom cottage located on one of the nicest beaches in Bruce County. A short 60 meter trail takes you to the beautiful sand beach.

The cottage, which is located on a quiet paved road, is close to many attractions. Port Elgin with its many shops and restaurants is only a 3 -minute drive away. There are three golf courses within a 15-minute drive. And McGregor Point Provincial Park, with its boardwalk, nature trails and interpretive programs is only 5 km away. In winter, cross-country ski trails run throughout the park.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three Stars out of Five. There are two cottages located on one large lake front property. This cottage is set back from the lake and is well screened from the other cottage on the property. The 60 meter path down to the beach starts at the cottage and does not encroach on any private space of the other cottage.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Docking facilities exist at the Port Elgin Marina

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
