Newly constructed beach side cottage located on the Lake Huron Shoreline
only 300 metres from Inverhuron Beach.
This lovely cottage has a really nice beach house feel. The main living
area containing the kitchen, living room and dining area has hardwood
maple floors, ceiling fans, white walls, numerous halogen pot lights
for discrete lighting and three sliding glass doors providing a panoramic
view of the lake.
The cottage has a modern kitchen complete with fridge, stove, microwave
oven, dishwasher, food preparation island, plenty of cupboard and counter
space and even a separate specially designed wine fridge.
Next to the kitchen is the living room containing a couch , loveseat,
television, stereo system with CD player and radio and great view
of the lake.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a hardwood table
and seating for six.
Also on the ground floor are full laundry facilities and three piece
bath complete with ceramic tiled shower.
On the second floor are three bedrooms each with queen size beds. The
master bedroom has four large windows facing the lake and door leading
to washroom facilities.
Also on the second floor is an extra wide hallway containing two built
in sets of bunk beds. Great place for the kids to bunk down.
As previously mentioned, the cottage has three sliding glass doors
facing the lake. Step through these doors to a really nice lake
side deck complete with a teak patio table and chairs as well as
two Muskoka chairs all with a magnificent view of the lake and world
famous sunsets.
Steps lead down from the deck to the shoreline. The shoreline in front
of the cottage consists of flat rock and shallow entry into the lake.
Swim shoes are recommended.
A short five minute walk down the shoreline will take you to beautiful
Inverhuron beach. Entry into the water is shallow and the sand extends
well out into the water.
The cottage is located close to the Town of Kincardine. Kincardine
is famous for its old-time charm, its large colonial stone houses, vibrant
downtown and Saturday-night Pipe Band parades. Kincardine's motto is
"Kincardine - Where you are a stranger only once"
This is a great cottage for a family vacation.
