This one storey, 1225 square foot, four bedroom cottage is located on Lake Huron at Red Bay. Just a 15 minute drive to Sauble Beach, where you will find seven miles of beautiful sand beach.

The cottage itself sits on a small knoll that overlooks the waterfront area. There is a large grassy yard on both the lakeside and roadside of the cottage, which makes the perfect place for children to play outdoor activities and run around.

Enjoy your sunfilled afternoons lounging on the large elevated lakeside deck. The owners refer to it as the "suntrap" as the deck is exposed to glorious sunshine all afternoon. If you have a sun goddess in your party this is the place for them to lounge with a cocktail or a good book.

SHORELINE

• Shoreline is gradual entry into the water. Swim shoes are recommended. A large public sandy beach is located only a short walk from the cottage. There is also a playground here.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Two out of Five. Cottage has neighbours on both sides. Some screening is provided.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• No launch facilities. There is a 90' concrete private dock for small boats. Howdenvale Dock is 3 km away.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets negotiable - Keep out of the bedrooms. Cats not permitted.
