This newly constructed one storey, four bedroom cottage is located on Lake Huron
at Red Bay. Just a 15 minute drive to Sauble Beach, where you will find
seven miles of beautiful sand beach.
The cottage is modern and bright inside and offers comfortable
furnishings including two couches and a foot stool. There is also
a 36" HD television with a DVD player.
Adjacent to the living area is the eat in kitchen. It comes equipped
with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and oven. There is lots
of cupboard and counter space. A dining table is also located here
that seats eight and is situated directly in front of a large window
with a view of Red Bay.
The cottage has four bedrooms. You will find a King bed in the
master and the other three bedrooms have a Queen bed each. There
are two bathrooms, a four piece with bathtub and shower, and a three
piece with shower.
The cottage itself sits on a small knoll that overlooks the waterfront
area. There is a large grassy yard on both the lakeside and roadside
of the cottage, which makes the perfect place for children to play
outdoor activities and run around.
Enjoy your sunfilled afternoons lounging on the large elevated lakeside deck. The owners refer to it as the "suntrap" as the deck is exposed to glorious sunshine all afternoon. If you have a sun goddess in your party this is the place for them to lounge with a cocktail or a good book.
Gradual entry into the water with a silty bottom and makes it safe
for young children. There is a 90 foot long concrete pier
located at the waters edge. You can dock a small boat on the end
of it, as the bay is protected by small islands.
The cottage is centrally located to many attractions. It's only
a fifteen minute drive to Sauble Beach and Wiarton. There are 4
golf courses within 30 km and there is great hiking on the Bruce
Trail 10 km away. The Bruce Peninsula National Park is only a 40
There are plenty of paved back country roads to explore in the
area for cyclists, or if you are into mountain biking there are
great trails at Sauble Beach.
