Ideally located, three bedroom, 1300 square foot cottage along
the shores of Kincardine Beach. The cottage is perfectly situated
close to a sand beach with a nice yard to relax in.
The main living area of the cottage provides a comfortable seating
area with couches and chairs to enjoy the television with VCR and
DVD player. The large window in this room creates a bright atmosphere.

For those who would like some quiet time away from the television,
there is a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen complete with a
couch, card table and chair to sit and enjoy a book in. This room
is a great place to take advantage of the puzzles, games and books
that are provided for you during your stay.
The kitchen and sitting areas are finished with wood laminate flooring.
The kitchen is complete with fridge, stove, and microwave with plenty
of cupboard and counter space for ease when cooking holiday meals.
There are two dining tables with enough seating for everyone so
that the whole family can dine together with ample room for all
six people in the party.
Sliding glass doors lead out to the stone patio that overlooks the
private yard as well as the waters of Lake Huron beyond. Here you can
relax and soak up the sun in the loungers, bbq a meal for the family,
or enjoy an outdoor meal at the patio table.
On the main floor of the cottage are laundry facilities with washer
and dryer, as well as a four piece bathroom. There is also a two
piece bathroom on the second floor of the cottage for your convenience.
All three bedrooms at the cottage are on the second floor of the cottage.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms each have
a double bed.
The yard at the cottage has lots of greenery to create a nice place
for children to play and for adults to relax.
There is a public path that runs beside the cottage that leads to the
beautiful sand of Kincardine Beach and the boardwalk makes the perfect
place for a stroll. The cottage is very unique in it's location in a
popluar tourist area.
A 2 km walk along the boardwalk on the beach will lead you to downtown
Kincardine where you will find lots of boutiques, fine restaurants,
Kincardine harbour and the town's major landmark "The Lighthouse".
Kincardine has a lot of old time charm with its large colonial
stone houses, vibrant downtown and Saturday night Pipe Band parades.
