This 900 square foot, 3 bedroom bungalow is located close to Ipperwash Beach with its sandy shores and world class sunsets! Located just a short 50 minute (60 km) drive north of Sarnia, you can enjoy the lake breezes and the warm summer sun located a short distance from this cottage.

There is no shore bluff to climb up and down - just carry your beach chair and bag a short walk to a deeded path and you're at the beach! In the heat of summer, the beach is quite popular and can be accessed by vehicles (cars may park on the beach). A Frisbee and a kite board would complete your gear because the wind is usually steady onto the beach.

SHORELINE

• Cottage is 100 meters from Kettle Point Beach, which is a great beach for younger children. It has gradual entry with a sandy bottom and good swimming.

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets Negotiable: Cats are not permitted and dogs must be non-Shedding and $75/dog.
• The bunky is NOT available for guest use
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
