Comfortable three bedroom, 1800 square foot waterfront cottage located on Dorcas Bay at Tobermory on the shores of Lake Huron.

The property is extremely private with a long driveway taking you right to the property that includes an extra wide lot. Walk out to a safe, flat and grassy lawn down to the beach with a flat stone shoreline. There are spectacular sunsets out front as the cottage exposure is from the south west. There are neighbours on both sides but the property is well screened by trees.

The cottage includes a beautiful panoramic sunroom on the main level with an excellent view of the grassy backyard and shoreline. Enjoy the cozy kitchen area, complete with all appliances and a breakfast island with stools. A wood stove is tucked into the corner should the weather get a bit chilly. A few steps will lead you up to the living room area with couches and a television for watching movies with the DVD player and VCR that are available for use.

Upstairs you’ll find a good sized four-piece bathroom and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, another includes a double and two singles, while the last has a double and one single.

Sit around the outdoor fire pit situated close to the shoreline or enjoy the pool table or dart board in the garage. A sea kayak and propane barbeque are included to enhance your vacation experience.

This cottage is located within one kilometer of Singing Sands, a beautiful sand beach and a part of the Bruce Peninsula National Park. Tobermory and it's many attractions are located 10 kilometers from the cottage.
