Petit and charming 936 sq ft, two bedroom cottage located within the village of Lion's Head and located just 75m from the sandy shores of Lion's Head Public Beach - you can't get much closer than that!
At the front of the beach house is a deck where you can sit and watch the world go by on the quiet, village street in this friendly community.
Enter through the front entrance and find yourself in an open concept living/dining area. Here you will find 2 couches and a rocking chair where you can sit and relax with a good book or take in a movie on the 32" TV with the family. There is a dining table with seating for the whole family.
Just off of this space is the beach house bathroom which is a four-piece bathroom with combination tub/shower. And just beyond the living room is the kitchen area. Here you will find many of the amenities of home including fridge, stove and microwave.
The cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size
bed, the second has a set of single bunkbeds and the third a double.
A back door exits out to the rear of the property. The side of
the property offers a small grassy yard where the kids can play
or you can sit out in the sunshine or in the shade under the tree.
The beach house offers an outdoor patio table, chairs and umbrella.
A propane BBQ is available for your use so that you can cook up
a great summer meal. In addition, a fire pit in the yard provides
a great spot for you to gather in the evening and share stories
Lion's Head Public Beach is just 75m from the cottage or a 1 minute
walk. This beach is sandy and is great for kids of all ages. Playground
equipment and washrooms are located here which is especially helpful
for families with younger kids. Entry into the water is gradual
at first before getting deeper and provides great swimming opportunities,
while the bottom still remains sandy. Lion's Head Beach is on Georgian

a variety of local shops and restaurants to enjoy. The Bruce Trail
can be accessed just one street over. Check out the Lion's Head
potholes (rock formations formed during the Ice Age) along the scenic
Lion's Head Lookout route with spectacular clifftop lookouts to
the pristine waters of Georgian Bay.
