Comfortable 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom townhouse cottage located in Parry Sound and just 300 feet from a sandy beach and the shores of Georgian Bay.
Just 3 hours from Toronto, and easy access off Highway 400, Parry Sound is a welcoming place - an outdoor lover's paradise - to spend your holiday out of the city. Pull up to the townhouse and settle into your home away from home.
In the living room there is a couch and cozy chairs that welcome you to take a seat and relax. The television has a DVD player, so you can bring along your favourite movies to enjoy. Bring boardgames or cards so that you can gather for games and spend quality time together.
The kitchen provides the comforts and amenities of home including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. The dining table can seat six for a sit-down meal together.
The cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite four-piece bathroom with a combination tub/shower and ample counter space. The two additional bedrooms each have a double bed, while the main bathroom is also a four-piece with a tub/shower. There is also another bathroom, which is a two-piece with a toilet and sink. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience in handling your laundry needs.
The grassy backyard offers space to lay out and catch some sun while the patio table with its umbrella and four chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy dinner that's been cooked up on the propane BBQ.
Just 300 feet from the cottage is a child-friendly, life-guarded beach on Georgian Bay. The beach area is buoyed, and the water reaches a depth of 3 feet within the buoy lines. Deeper water is beyond the buoy. The beach is sandy and great for kids, and there is also a playground for even more fun. The shoreline is a mix of sand and the flat rock that Georgian Bay is known for. Running along the beach and beyond is the Fitness Trail - so lace up your shoes and get out there!
