Cottage Profile

Three bedroom, 1800 square foot cottage located just 300 metres to the sandy shores of Sauble Beach and just one block from the main street with unique shops to check out and spots to grab a bite to eat and an ice cream! While close to the amenities, this cottage is located on a short, quieter side street with a great yard space for you to have your own relaxed setting.

As you pull up the driveway you'll note the grassy front yard, and there is large space in the backyard too which would be great for family games.

Walk up the front steps to the entrance of the cottage and the front deck. Enter through sliding doors into the main living area of the cottage, which includes open concept living, kitchen and dining areas. There is also a side entrance through to the kitchen.

The kitchen is complete with many of the amenities of home including fridge, stove/oven, microwave and more for your convenience. The dining table can seat six for a sit-down meal together.

The adjacent living room offers a couch, loveseat and chairs situated around a gas fireplace and by bright windows that bring in ample light. This is a great spot to lounge with a book or delve into conversation.

Up a few steps takes you to the remaining rooms, which includes the bedrooms and bathroom.

The cottage has three bedrooms all equipped with fans. Two with queen size beds and the other with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has a window to let in the light or a breeze. The main bathroom is a four-piece with tub/shower combination.

On the lower level of the cottage is a spacious second living area, with a couch and comfy chairs and a TV with DVD player for your entertainment, especially on those rainy days. There is an airtight gas stove that provides heat in the chilly low season. There is also a two-piece bathroom with toilet and sink (note: the washer and dryer are not available for use).

Enjoy lounging out on the front deck or take your dinner out to the picnic table after you grill up a feast on the propane BBQ. Out in the backyard is a fire pit, where you can have a family campfire under the stars while telling stories.

The beach is a less than a 5 minute walk, so pack up your beach towels and your sand toys and enjoy a day at the beach building sandcastles, swimming in Lake Huron and soaking up the sun!

With the cottage being so close to the Sauble's main street, you're not far from ice cream shops, unique shops, grocery store and activities like stand-up paddleboarding. Sauble Beach is also located within easy afternoon or day trips to Wiarton, Tobermory, Owen Sound and more for your exploration!

SHORE LINE:
The cottage is 300 metres from Sauble Beach, which is a great sand beach for the whole family with gradual entry and fantastic swimming.
