This comfortable, luxuriously renovated 1600 sq-ft cottage is located within 500m walking distance of the heart of Tobermory, where restaurants and boutiques can be enjoyed. It is situated away from the main highway, and offers peaceful serenity surrounded by woods.

The cottage is located across the street from a public access point offering beautiful views of Georgian Bay, the Lighthouse and sunsets. Large decks surround the cottage and offer ample space for enjoying the sun and fresh air.

SHORELINE

• The Gap, a public lake access point, is located across the road from the cottage. Water is deep off the shore. There are some good spots to dive right into the lake. A nice sand beach at Dunks Bay is located 1 km from the cottage.

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Four Stars out of Five. Deck in Back Yard is completely private Deck on Road Side has good screening from Road and it's one neighbours

DOCKING FACILITIES

• None on site - However Tobermory Harbour is located two minutes away.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
