Three bedroom, 1500 square foot cottage with all the conveniences of home. Located across the road from a lovely sand/rocky beach in the Town of Kincardine, you can walk to both the sand beach and to the downtown area. This cottage is located on a corner lot in a residential setting in the southern part of the town.

SHORELINE





• Access to the beach is a 2 minute walk away. The trail down to the beach is steep and may pose a problem for those with limited mobility.
  Down by the shoreline is a lovely sand beach but can be covered with water if there are high winds coming from the lake.

• Docking facilities available at the Kincardine Marina 2 km.





WHEELCHAIR ACCESS





• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.





LIMITATIONS





• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are not permitted.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
