This 1000 square foot, three bedroom cottage on Lakeshore Boulevard, ideally located across the road from the beautiful sands of Sauble Beach on Lake Huron.

A great feature of this cottage is an addition at the front of the cottage that includes a nice sitting room with sky lights, pine panelling, hardwood floors, furniture, and large windows that face the lake and provide a view of the beautiful sunsets that are famous at Sauble Beach.

The cottage is a 15 minute walk to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its stores, dining out opportunities and mini-golf. There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues. Please note that there is a road between the cottage and the lake. This road can get busy during peak season.

PRIVACY RATING

• Two stars out of Five: The road in front of the cottage is busy however there is a mature cedar hedge in front and along the sides of the cottage as well as a 5' high mesh fence along the back to offer privacy.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• No docking facilities on site. Boat launch facilities are available at the Sauble River 2 km from cottage.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are not permitted
• Internet is not available in the Low Season
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
