Lovely three bedroom, water front cottage located on a nice sand beach at Red Bay on Lake Huron. Just north of Sauble Beach. This cottage is beautifully decorated in antiques, custom furnishings and art. It was just recently renovated and has a bright and airy feeling throughout. The views of Lake Huron from the shoreline of this cottage are like no other, witness some of the most stunning sunsets from the muskoka chairs on the shoreline. Swimming is great here for the whole family, young and eldery alike are able to enter into the water gradual and the bottom is soft with sand that gradually takes you deeper for better swimming. There are many outdoor sitting areas to enjoy at this cottage. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms here, giving your family lots of extra space while on vacation. Enjoy the outside fire bowl while watching the nightsky over Lake Huron

DOCKING FACILITIES

• Public Dock located 1000 feet away. Due to low water levels dock may not be usable. Public boat launch is 3 km away

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access. However all living space is on one floor with a small step into the cottage.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets Negotiable; Cats are not permitted. Dogs 20lbs or less and non-shedding. There is $50/pet fee.
• Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
