It's an easy bike ride to Red Bay's gathering place (government Dock and Beachfront park) yet there's wonderful privacy with its location beside a conservation area. This cottage has just undergone extensive upgrading including a newly renovated marble bathroom all new windows and hardwood flooring throughout.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a queen; the third bedroom has bunk beds with double on bottom and single on top.
The kitchen - with an adjacent dining area - has modern appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker... it is fully equipped with all kitchenware needed.
The living room features a patio door providing you unrestricted panoramic views of the beautiful waterfront.There is a full bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bathttub
Facilities - Flat screen television with smart TV,and a DVD. WIFI.
This is a unique property! The shoreline is flat rock (much like the Muskokas) which carries on into the lake until you reach a terrific sand bottom. The fishing islands (79 of them) are just off shore, giving you protection against huge waves - while also giving you terrific island destinations to explore.
This is a large waterfront property with lots of room for swimming and sunning - or a game ot touch footfall on the expansive grass front lawn. The kids will love exploring the shoreline and catching frogs. Great fire pit close to the shoreline for those evening bonfires.
