This beautiful three bedroom, 1440 Sq Ft waterfront cottage is located on a quiet dead-end road at the tip of the Bruce, on the dividing line between Georgian Bay and Lake Huron.
Trees surrounding the cottage provide a lovely private setting. There are two decks on the property. The large wooden deck located on the lake side of the cottage is a perfect place to sit and have your wake-up coffee in the morning sun. There is a patio table which seats 6 with a large umbrella for shade. The large new lakeside deck sits in the sun by midday and is a wonderful place to relax, read and eat your meals while watching the waves roll in. This deck has patio furniture for your relaxation. There are 7 Muskoka Chairs on the property. A beautiful view of Lake Huron and the evening sunsets are a sight to behold from this deck!
Just 100 metres off shore (in frontof cottage) there is a shipwreck you can explore by kayak or snorkeling.
Tobermory is short distance away (9 km). You can stroll through the shops, visit the library, restaurants and see the beautiful natural harbour. Scenic boat cruises to view shipwrecks and lighthouses are available daily and a trip to Flowerpot Island is a must for all who visit!
