The house is large, but it’s uncomfortable and needs maintenance. About five windows had crank handles that didn’t work. One living room screen fell out onto the floor. About ten light bulbs were out or missing during our visit.
The property description is incorrect about the third floor. During our visit, there was no reading chair – just a mattress covered by a torn sheet.
The jacuzzi tub is a foot away from the master fuse panel for the house. This is unappealing. Also, the rain shower head drips cold water on a person who’s taking a normal hot shower. And the toilet whistles like a tea kettle when it is flushed.
The house is dark even when the sun is out. In the photos in the property description, most rooms have all lights on during the day.
On a positive note, the house has many rooms and can accommodate a large group. The kitchen appliances worked without problem.
