Grand Home on Private Lake, Atrium & Pool

Grace House is an elegant 6000 square foot, 5 bedroom home located 30 kilometers south of Owen Sound on a private lake with a heated swimming pool. The home is spacious and comfortable. Great for hosting a family gathering or simply coming for a quiet get away.

The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a stone patio with lots of seating and a gas barbeque. The inside of the house is unique for it is filled with light from the three story atrium.

There is much to explore in the area, including waterfalls, hiking the Bruce Trail, paddling the Beaver River, horseback riding, relaxing at the spa at Walters Falls or the Scandinavian spa in Collingwood, as well as golfing and biking. Our area hosts tasting tours of local cider and craft beer establishments.

SHORELINE
- Grassy to water's edge, shallow entry with silt bottom. Lake is a very shallow lake and is not suitable for swimming.
CHILD SAFETY ISSUES
- There is no fencing round the pool area or lake: children must be supervised at all times when outside.

LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults
- Lake is not suitable for swimming
- Piano and Organ are not available for renters
- Pets are not permited
- Air Conditioning is on the lower level only.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
- A cleaning service can be purchased for $300.00. Please inquire at the time of your booking. Renters still remain responsible to leave the house neat.
