Fully equipped, three bedroom, 1500 square foot waterfront cottage located on beautiful Rainbow Beach part of Georgian Bay is just 15 minutes from Owen Sound with its many attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums, theatre and art galleries.

SHORELINE

• The shoreline is shallow entry with a gravel base. There is a stone break-wall extending from the shore out to the lake. The water depth from the side of the break-wall is usually 2-5 feet, but please note water levels vary. Water shoes are recommended.
• There is a sand beach located 7 km away at the Hibou Conservation Area.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. The cottage is private on three sides, a small cottage is located to the south.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There is a dock at the cottage, however not for mooring motorized watercraft. The length of the dock is 24’ + 8’ ramp. Water depth at the end of the ramp would be aprox. 36" depending on waterlevels.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage not designed for wheelchair. The entire cottage is on one floor, and there is one step to enter the cottage, and two down to the sun porch.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. Max of 2. Cats are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
