Stunning Beachfront Cottage, Double Deck, Game Room

This stunning Georgian Bay waterfront home features an expansive 2-tiered deck, spectacular views over the sparkling waters of Georgian Bay, a beautiful sandy beach, and lovely sunrises and sunsets.

The Beach House is located near Balm Beach just 1½ hours from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Balm Beach is a favourite holiday destination with many area events and attractions.

Outside there is plenty of room on the elevated 2-tiered deck that offers great vantage points as you gaze out across the water and enjoy the fresh air. The deck is a perfect spot to socialize, catch up with family and friends, or relax with your favourite vacation beverage. It’s just a short stroll down your private sand pathway to the shore with its sandy, gradual entry, walk-in beach area making it ideal for children and families. You can spend the day swimming, splashing around in the water, building sand castles, or watching lovely sunrises and sunsets.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Rentals from June 18-Sept 3 2022 have a 2 week minimum.
• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults
• Pets are not permitted.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
