This beautiful 1000 Sq Ft, 4 bedroom waterfront cottage is just 1 1/2 hours from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This updated, all-season vacation home offers panoramic views of Georgian Bay and the serenity of cottage life yet only minutes away from area shopping, dining, entertainment and attractions. The area is a favourite year round holiday destination.

There is large grassed rear yard leading to the shore. The rear yard is a great place for kids to play. Be sure to bring your outdoor yard games. It's just a short stroll to the water and 100 foot dock where you can catch some rays or relax with a good book and take in the great panoramic view of the aqua blue bay water. The water depth increases gradually for swimming or just splashing around. The water depth at the end of the dock is 4-5 feet. The shore is a great spot to launch your canoe or kayak if you have one. If not there is a kayak available for your use at the cottage. On the grassed rear yard there is a fire pit available for evening campfires, taking in the starry night sky, roasting marshmallows, and stories at the end of the day.
