This charming 750 square foot cottage, located in Sauble Beach has everything you need to enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of life, without missing the conveniences of home.

The living area is all in one open space. The kitchen has all amenities of home with a refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave, to help prepare the family meals.

The cottage has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

At the back of the house there is a fire pit and enough Muskoka chairs for everyone to gather around at night. Just 700 metres from the cottage - an easy 10 minute walk - will bring you to the shores of Lake Huron and the beautiful sandy shores of Sauble Beach, which is the second longest freshwater beach in the world, also offering unforgetable sunsets!

• Please note that Internet and Satellite are only available May 1-Oct 1.
• Gas Fireplace is not for renters use
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
