- Soft bottom at waters edge. Swimming not permitted. Public Beach is 8 km away, great for families

- The nearest boat docking facilities are located at Lions Head
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets Negotiable; Cats are not permitted. There is a $50 pet fee/pet up to a Max of 2.
- King sheets supplied - Please wash and dry at the end of your stay
- Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.

West Little Lake is an environmentally protected lake. This means that no swimming or fishing is allowed. If visitors wish to swim, they must visit one of the many nearby beaches (e.g., Black Creek Provincial Park, Lionshead Public Beach, ...) However, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding are permitted.
