Three bedroom, 625 square foot cottage conveniently located one block from the world famous Sauble Beach. Eleven miles of sand beach and spectacular sunsets make this a popular tourist destination.

Outside of the cottage, a large yard provides lots of space for yard games and two different places to sit and enjoy the summer weather. There is a sandy area here for kids to play and an outdoor firepit provides the perfect place for your family to enjoy evening campfires.

The cottage is only 3km to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its store, restaurants and mini golf. There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.

- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
