Unique, four bedroom, 1700 square foot Bavarian Chalet, located on cliff edge with an unobstructed view out over Lake Huron.

There are four bedrooms at the cottage, three of the bedrooms face the road with nice sized windows, and the master bedroom faces the lake with large windows and a great view. There is a large balcony here for you to sit and relax and listen to the birds or watch

PLEASE NOTE: The owners have taken up the lower stairs due to erosion and high water levels. They will replace them as the water level allows.

SHORELINE
- There are 2 sets of stairs that take you to the shoreline from the cottage, 62 steps in total. The beach area is sandy and small stones with gradual entry into the water with good swimming. 2019: The owners have taken up the lower stairs due to erosion and high water levels. They will replace them as the water level allows. A sandy beach can be accessed just a short 6-8 minute walk away.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Fireplace not available in the summer months
- Water levels have been high over the last few years and the water has come up as high as the base of the stairs leaving no sand area.
- 2019: The owners have taken up the lower stairs due to erosion and high water levels. They will replace them as the water level allows.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
