Attractive 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage located on a private beach on the stunning shores of Georgian Bay on Isthmus Bay just outside the village of Lions Head on the Bruce Peninsula.

The cottage has an outdoor fire pit for your large family to gather around to roast marshmallows and enjoy the starry skies

- The cottage has a small set of stairs that goes from the main living/dining area down to the kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The third bedroon is located in the basement.

- Flat limestone rock with some rubble. Good swimming, gradual entry into the water but deepends quickly.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- IF PEOPLE EXCEED MAX OCCUPANCY THAT IS POSTED THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND
- Pets are negotiable. There is a $100 fee/pet. Max of one pet.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
