Located on beautiful Long Lake just 20km from Parry Sound, this newly built luxury waterfront cottage offers all the amenities of home plus exceptional views and outdoor living. The perfect setting for your family's vacation.

There are three bedrooms on this level, two rooms furnished with a queen size bed (one of which overlooks the lake) and the third room with a single over double bunkbed. There is also a bathroom on this level; a 4 piece with tub and shower.

The waterside dock is a wonderful place to swim or head off from on your canoe trip. This is a great lake for paddling and exploring. The cottage is located on a quiet lake with fewer cottages than the busier nearby Lake Rosseau. Fishing is fairly good so you may enjoy a feed of fresh Bass, Pike, Lake Trout and Crappy. There are Provincial Parks in the area where you can enjoy a picnic and go for a hike. You can even visit the large center of Parry Sound and take a tour of the Bobby Orr Museum if hockey is your game.

With 2 gas fireplaces, heated floors, including bathroom, this is an awesome spot for Winter getaways. Enjoy the great cross country ski trails, just 5 km from the cottage.

- 6-7 feet deep off the end of the dock. Sandy area at waters edge rubble and flat rock on lake bottom.

DOCKING FACILITIES
- The nearest boat docking facilities are located at the cottage. There is a 4x12' ramp and a 8x16' dock. Nearest boat launch is 2 km past cottage on left. Able to launch up to 22' boat.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
- Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Linens, Towels, Pillows and Blankets are supplied.
- Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
