    This comfortable and fully equipped 3 season cottage is a great vacation choice, located in a Muskoka family resort community on the beautiful Trent-Severn Waterway just a 90 minute drive from Toronto. You can enjoy all the recreational amenities of a waterfront resort. If you are a boater, the Trent-Severn Waterway offers miles of fabulous boating and easy access to some of the most pristine bodies of water in Ontario including Georgian Bay, Sparrow Lake and Lake Couchiching.
    The cottage is part of the Shamrock Bay Resort with amenities awaiting you that include a heated salt water pool, children's playground, small sandy beach, harbour with docking facilities, walking trails, and laundry facilities for an enjoyable vacation.
    Your cottage is located just a short stroll to the swimming pool and children's playground. The cottage yard is beautifully landscaped with a nice shady deck area. Inside the cottage you will find a modern space with air conditioning, an open kitchen/dining/living room and plenty of large bright windows.
    Enjoy a book and your favourite vacation beverage on your deck, take a dip in the pool, catch some sun at the beach, relax while the kids enjoy the playground equipment, and get some fresh air during an afternoon walk on the trails. A short drive away are the towns of Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Orillia - with a wide variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, arts & culture events and attractions. During the summertime, area farmers markets are great places to buy local produce and goods. Take in the Bala Cranberry Festival, the Muskoka Wildlife Sanctuary and Santa's Village.

LIMITATIONS

  • Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Dockage is on a first come, first served basis and can not be guaranteed at the time of booking. If dockage is available, the fee for the week is $150.00 and includes launching.
  • Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
    • GREAT BLUE RESORTS RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

    • This cottage is located within Great Blue Resorts, a family resort community.
    • Renters are required to check in at the main office and provide the following details:
    • *Guest Name
    • *Arrival/Departure Date
    • *Number of Guests
    • *Number of Vehicle
    • Parking: All renters must register their vehicle with the Front Management Office. Only 1 car is permitted to park in the driveway. If there is a second vehicle it must be registered with the Main Office and there is a parking fee of $15/night. Parking for additional vehicles is located in the Visitor Parking Area
