This beautiful 1300 square foot cottage, located on Grey Owl Lake in Parry Sound Region, is the perfect spot for your next family vacation!
The cottage has three large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a four piece bathroom with a tub and shower.

DOCKING FACILITIES
- The nearest boat docking facilities are located at the cottage. 12 feet long, 12 - 20 feet deep at the end of the dock. 16 foot boat can be docked here.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
- Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.
LIMITATIONS
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults. Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
