This cottage is a five minute walk to the sand beach, and a four minutes walk to Sauble Main Street. Located in a preferred neighbourhood of higher end cottages and on a quiet street with little traffic.

This two storey cottage is custom designed. It is beautiful both inside and out. The accommodation is comfortable and modern and offers you many upgraded conveniences. Cottage comes fully equipped with TV, CD and DVD player as well as WiFi and Netflix.

There are 5 bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen bed and three bedrooms with double beds, and the fifith bedroom has 4 single bunk beds. There is also a double futon. This cottages has two bathrooms. There is a bathroom on the upper floor, and the second is a newly remodelled on the lower floor. Each bathroom is a four peice with shower and bathtub.

The back deck, conveniently accessed from the kitchen patio doors, is both beautiful and large enough for entertaining, with lots of quality outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ. This large and private property is surrounded by hardwood trees. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a great back yard patio and upper deck amongst the trees for a little solitude.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable; Cats are not permitted. There is a max of 2 dogs with a $75/pet fee.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
