Located directly on Sauble River, in the popular Jewel Bridge area in Sauble Beach - an area well known for hiking, biking, boating and fishing, and is within walking distance to the beach!

This rental is an incredible location for active families with kids who like lots of outdoor fun. It is within steps of a public playground with ball diamonds, basketball hoops, soccer fields, kids climbing jungle gyms, etc. Plus you have your own tampoline at this cottage and of course, the river in your front yard offers great fishing.

SHORELINE

• Cottage is located on the Sauble River. There is a steep climb (use at own risk) down to the river where fishing is good. For swimming, the cottage is just 2 km from Sauble Beach, a beautiful sand beach.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• The cottage sits on a steep embarkment. Children should not be left unsupervized. The cottage offers a trampoline for use, this is use at your own risk.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three out of Five. Their are neighbouring properties, however mature trees provide some screening.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.
• Pets are negotiable. Maximum of 1 pet. There is a $150/pet fee.
• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
